Processing Time
Most Purple Fox products are custom made to order. Processing times vary by product and will be listed on each product page. Processing time refers to the time required to create, prepare, and package your order before shipment.
Orders are not considered shipped until they have been handed off to the carrier and a tracking number has been issued.
Shipping Methods and Rates
Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
Once an order has shipped, Purple Fox, LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery estimates, or service interruptions caused by weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Purple Fox, LLC is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Orders returned due to address errors may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Tracking and Delivery
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier has received the package.
Purple Fox, LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If a package is marked delivered but not received, the customer must contact the carrier directly to investigate.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Purple Fox, LLC is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. We encourage customers to select tracked shipping options whenever available.
If a package is returned to us due to carrier issues or delivery failure, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Purple Fox, LLC within 48 hours of delivery. To assist with your claim, customers must provide:

Damaged shipments are handled on a case by case basis. Failure to provide the requested documentation may result in the claim being denied.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country. Purple Fox, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Purple Fox, LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the website.
