Return and Refund Policy

At Purple Fox, LLC, many of our products are custom made to order and created specifically for each customer. Because of this, items are not always resellable. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. To be considered for a return, items must be:

  • In new, unused condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Free of damage, wear, or signs of use

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges from the original order are non refundable.

Purple Fox, LLC reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 25 percent restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee helps cover the time, materials, and handling involved in custom production.

Refunds

All approved refunds are issued as a Purple Fox store gift card only. Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. If the item does not meet return requirements, the return may be refused and the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items showing signs of use or damage

  • Items not returned in original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact Purple Fox, LLC within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

To help us resolve the issue, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

  • Clear photos of the shipping package prior to opening, showing any visible damage

  • Order number and a brief description of the issue

Damaged or incorrect orders are handled on a case by case basis. Purple Fox, LLC reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or other remedies at our discretion.

Failure to provide the requested photos or documentation may result in the claim being denied.
