Become a Forge Host
Help forge safe, welcoming Magic spaces in your community.
FemmeForge Collective is growing — and we’re looking for Forge Hosts across the United States who want to help build femme-centered, inclusive, neurodivergent-affirming Magic: The Gathering spaces.
Forge Hosts are the heart of FemmeForge Collective. You don’t need to be the loudest person in the room, the most competitive player, or a community celebrity. You just need to care about safety, clarity, and helping others feel like they belong.
💜 What Is a Forge Host?
A Forge Host is a local community organizer who helps create and maintain FemmeForge Collective spaces in their city.
Forge Hosts:
-
host femme-centered Magic play events
-
uphold the FemmeForge Code of Conduct
-
create calm, predictable, low-pressure environments
-
support new, returning, and neurodivergent players
-
help foster creativity, connection, and confidence
You are not expected to do everything alone — FemmeForge Collective provides structure, guidance, and resources to support you.

You do not need:
-
prior event-organizing experience
-
a large following
-
competitive credentials
-
to be extroverted
-
to have all the answers

🧠 Our Hosting Philosophy
Forge Hosts are not expected to perform, lead meetings, or put people on the spot.
FemmeForge events are intentionally designed to avoid:
-
forced introductions
-
welcome or closing circles
-
spotlight activities
-
social pressure
-
competitive posturing
Your role is to hold the space, not control it.
